Safety and Supervision

The host/parent is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children within the party venue whether at home or at any other premises, for the supervision of all exits, and for ensuring that children only leave the party venue with their own parent or guardian. Where we are providing an entertainer our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of participating party activities provided by us.

Use of Fire and other potentially dangerous materials

Our entertainers are highly skilled and responsible and will make every effort to ensure the safety of children at all times. No hazardous activities such as use of fire will be conducted inside your home or any other venue. The entertainers will ensure the children are told never to copy them in the use of fire, knives, glass or any other hazardous materials. However, in the unlikely event of this occurring we will not accept responsibility for any injury that may result.

Cancellation, Postponement and Changes

If, for any reason, you need to cancel or postpone your confirmed party within 14 days prior to the event, you will forfeit your deposit. If, for any reason, Jugglers Etc Ltd has to cancel any part of your booking, a full refund will be available for any part of the party affected.

Please consider contingency plans in case the entertainer is unavoidably delayed (eg, road accident). We do not tolerate lateness in our entertainers but emergencies do sometimes occur.

If the number of guests at a party increases by more than 5 people you must tell us in advance as you may require an extra entertainer or assistant.

Please note that we are unable to offer any refund in the event of bad weather preventing an outside party. Please therefore consider indoor contingency arrangements or bad weather event insurance.

We will make every effort to ensure that you have the best entertainer for your party. If you have requested a particular entertainer we will try and oblige wherever possible. However, we reserve the right to make changes at any time prior to your party; in which case we would notify you accordingly.
